So it was just last Friday where in Inverness I removed the tip of my finger while cutting garnish for a Gordon Castle Gin. Then cracked a blood orange joke, while being bandaged up I remembered I needed to write a blog about their rather lovely event for all you classier Gin drinkers. Then I went back and after receiving my sympathy from the lady drinkers I divulged this rather incredible event from Gordon Castle.
So Gordon Castle are doing a mouth watering event at The Hutcheson Grande Brasserie in Glasgow on the 21st April.
Five courses which sound amazing it’s made me hungry and Caldo & I have just had a late lunch.
The menu includes:
Ceviche of hand dived Barra scallop
Carpaccio of beef fillet
Gordon Castle raspier gin cured salmon
Sea trout with asparagus & wild garlic soup
Roast rack of Scotch lamb
And cheese
And the star the gin itself in all forms
